Madhur Bedre is the founder and president of Atlas Prediction Control. A chemical engineer by trade, he built his process control and APC expertise from supporting a number of polyethylene and polypropylene startups and upgrade projects around the world on contract assignments for large licensors such as Univation Technologies and WR Grace. He founded Atlas in 2019 and built it into a world-renowned leader in practicing implementors of APC and AI technologies for chemicals and petrochemicals industries. He received the Small Business Person of the Year award from the U.S. Small Business Administration for West Virginia in 2026. Atlas is also proud to be a part of the Goldman Sachs 10000 Small Businesses WV 2026 cohort.

Nick Brown provides advanced process control implementation and support to polyethylene plants around the world. When on site, he implements and commissions PREMIER™ APC+ software to give precise control of the UNIPOL™ PE process, helping plants run at maximum production rate without sacrificing product quality. Between trips, he focuses on R&D for the software: solving the problems clients bring to Atlas and building more sophisticated control strategies so the system keeps improving over time.

Amlan is a Senior Automation Engineer at Atlas Prediction Control. He began his career as a process engineer before transitioning into advanced process control after completing his master's degree. Amlan built his APC expertise through multiple commissioning assignments on Univation's gas-phase polyethylene process, gaining deep, hands-on exposure to reactor dynamics and control in live plant environments. His work includes modelling and controlling nonlinear processes, where he applies both first-principles and empirical approaches to capture complex process behavior. He currently leads Atlas's APC development projects for W. R. Grace, driving controller design and implementation across the client's process units.
